The Sliding Door Company - Denver Colorado

I have recently ordered a double Continental swing style door from Sliding Door Company - very pleased with the service and professionalism of the sales, customer care and installation staff. I am now changing out all of my doors. Very well designed and subtle, sleek style. Special thank you to the Installer Geronimo, Salesperson/Quote provider Alison and Customer Care Rep Marilyn. Thank you! Adding the additional doors as we decided to replace almost everything in our home with the doors as we liked the look so well. Great product and really transformed the look.

We feel in love with the Sliding Door Company after visiting them in the Design Center and wanted a modern door that wouldn't take up much space. Laura, Eric and Geronimo (and another installer) were amazing. All professional and very helpful. The doors have finished off our modern master bathroom complete with full length mirror on other side and our laundry room to the kitchen is now very quiet and separate. Would highly recommend using the Sliding Door Company for all your home and office spaces.

Updated review: The company reached out after our review and we got everything sorted out. Once the doors arrived, everything has worked great! Still disappointed by the timeline and lack of transparency but the process ended with us satisfied with the project. The experience with the Sliding Door Company has been inconsistent and disappointing so far. The sales process and working with Brie was great! She was helpful and communicated with us regularly to make sure all questions were answered in detail. However since then, things have taken a disappointing turn. After placing the order we never received updates until I reached out myself and asked for one and was told the doors are in the warehouse in California and I need to pay the remaining balance and then they will schedule the install. 6 weeks after paying the final invoice, I have yet to even hear about getting scheduled for install and the communication is terrible and inconsistent messaging. I understand a custom product takes time but they simply continue to over promise and under deliver.
